The preparatory courses for the teaching profession are based on a partnership between high schools and universities, with an increase in the amount of time spent at the university over the three years.
The Faculty of Education of Montpellier and the Jean Monnet high school offer one of these courses with an innovative pedagogical approach organized around eight essential skills for teaching, education and training.
This course leads primarily to a Master's degree in teaching in schools.
Objectives
- Go for the Master's degree in Teaching, Education and Training (MEEF) 1st degree.
- Acquire the knowledge and develop the multidisciplinary and professional skills required to succeed in the competitive examination for the teaching profession.

6 semesters spread over 3 years (L1, L2, L3)
The Bachelor's degree evolves from a first year mainly in high school to a third year mainly in university.
- 1st year: 75% in high school and 25% in university, with the possibility of internships in schools.
- 2nd year: 50% in high school and 50% in university, with the possibility of internships in schools.
- 3rd year of Bachelor's degree: 25% in high school and 75% in university with the possibility of a mobility abroad (from September 2024).

How to register
I am a future bachelor, I apply via the platform https://www.parcoursup.fr/ from January 18th 2023 to March 9th 2023.
I confirm my wishes and complete my file from March 10, 2023 to April 6, 2023.
As soon as I have received a favorable notice from Parcoursup, I gather my supporting documents and I register online. I send my supporting documents on the PJ WEB application to complete my file.
