Presentation

From the second semester of the 4th year onwards, students choose one of four streams to pursue their studies:

  • Pharmacy channel DFASP1
  • DFASP1 Industry stream
  • DFASP1 Internship stream
  • DFASP1 research stream

During the 5th year DFASP2, students spend half the year in hospital and the other half at university. They take only specialized courses, depending on their chosen field of study. At the end of this year, students sit the exam for the Diplôme de Formation Approfondie en Sciences Pharmaceutiques, recognized as a Master's degree.

During the 6th year, students follow the Master 2 Research course of their choice, in line with their career plans. Once the M2 has been validated, the student must then prepare a university thesis in a research laboratory over a period of 3 years. During these three years, the student must receive funding. Funding for a university thesis may be provided by ministerial grants, depending on the student's ranking in the doctoral school competition, or by private funding (CIFRE type) or foundations (FRM, etc.).
