International Nutrition (NI) Track

To train specialists in public nutrition (population studies) and international nutrition, primarily to work in and with countries in the Global South.

- analyze the overall nutritional status of a population ( nature of the problems, extent, distribution, determinants, and consequences)

- to assess nutritional status and dietary intake in a population

- assess the quality of food and understand the technological processes used to improve it

- design and implement intervention strategies and programs
