- Chemicals: dioxins, pesticides, bisphenol A, phthalates, flame retardants, natural toxins, mineral elements...
- Biotechnologies: GMOs
- Biological: Bacteria, Viruses, Parasites
- Others: Toxic plants, Packaging-food interactions, Food allergies
