Crisis management and auditing

EU objective:

- Prepare future managers for the audit experience, both as auditees and potential auditors
- Provide the crisis management knowledge and tools needed to prevent, anticipate, manage and communicate during this type of event.

Educational content :

Approximately 10 h of theoretical training on the different forms of audit
Approximately 4 h of theoretical training on crisis management
Approximately 8 h of supervised personal work (in groups of 3 to 4 students) on crisis management, culminating in the submission of a dissertation.
