Crisis Management and Auditing

EU objective:

- Prepare future executives to experience audits both as auditees and potential auditors
- Provide the crisis management knowledge and tools needed to prevent, anticipate, manage, and communicate during this type of event

Educational content:

Approximately 10 hours of theoretical training on different types of audits
Approximately 4 hours of theoretical training on crisis management
Approximately 8 hours of supervised independent work (in groups of 3 to 4 students) on crisis management, culminating in the submission of a thesis.
