Crisis Management and Auditing

EU Objective:

- Prepare future executives to navigate the audit process from the perspectives of both auditees and potential auditors
- Provide the knowledge and crisis management tools needed to prevent, anticipate, manage, and communicate effectively during such events

Educational Content:

Approximately 10 hours of theoretical training on various types of audits
Approximately 4 hours of theoretical training on crisis management
Approximately 8 hours of supervised independent work (in groups of 3 to 4 students) focused on crisis management, culminating in the submission of a thesis
