Presentation
This program is aimed at careers in the professional high school based on bivalence in general subjects (literature-history and geography, Spanish-literature and English-literature). It is primarily aimed at the professions of vocational high school teacher. We must add the professions where knowledge of the conditions and uses of professional teaching is required or can serve as a basis for complementary professional developments, such as the training of adults
(languages and literature in particular). The versatility of the training allows for reorientations based on the general culture thus acquired.
M1: 53.85% / M2: 60%.

Objectives
- Preparation for the CAPLP exam
- Professional training for trainee teachers in vocational schools
Know-how and skills
This specialization takes up the elements of general culture, knowledge of the education system, and analysis of professional situations offered by the UE dealing with the frame of reference and inflects them in the direction of learning specifically linked to the professions prepared. The course is demanding from the point of view of the two disciplines that make up the bivalence. Three competitive examinations are prepared during the master's program:
CAPLP Lettres-Histoire
CAPLP Anglais-Lettres
CAPLP Espagnol-Lettres
Organization
Program
This pathway is defined by teaching logics that are distinct from those of the general education high school. The relationship with the professional environment, the status of the students, and the strong presence of atypical educational paths in these professions give it a specific identity.
The master's degree is prepared in class at the FDE and a hybrid distance learning program (FADH) is being studied for the beginning of the 2021-2022 academic year. This will enable candidates who are employed and/or who wish to retrain as teachers to benefit from distance learning with a few face-to-face sessions at the Faculty of Education.
