The Master's in Omnichannel Management for Banking and Insurance is a two-year program. This course is open to work-study students via an apprenticeship or professional training contract.

Banks and insurance companies are hiring. They are looking for candidates who have received solid training in management and who are familiar with the banking and insurance industries. The training offered specifically addresses these needs: recruitment of sales representatives in the retail and professional markets. All aspects of the profession are covered, both from a theoretical and practical perspective, through lectures and tutorials delivered by academics and industry professionals who are specialists in their respective fields.

Admission requirements
Candidates are subject to a two-stage recruitment process
First, by the IAE: eligibility based on application and interview.
Second, by partner banks and insurance companies: recruitment interview.

The IAE in Montpellier welcomes students on initial training apprenticeship contracts, continuing education trainees, and trainees on individual training leave.
