The Master's degree in Omnichannel Management in Banking and Insurance takes two years to complete. This course is open to sandwich courses via an apprenticeship or professionalization contract
Banks and insurance companies are recruiting. They are looking for candidates who have received a solid management training and are familiar with the banking and insurance professions. The training we offer is specifically designed to meet these needs: recruitment of sales representatives for the retail and professional markets.
Objectives
All aspects of the profession are covered, both theoretically and practically, thanks to courses and tutorials given by academics and industry professionals specializing in their respective fields.
Know-how and skills
►Identify the characteristics of customer demand and provide an appropriate response to that demand.
► Accompany and advise customers.
► Ensure the administrative follow-up of promotional and prospecting operations.
► Apply internal procedures for handling commercial relations.
► Produce documents linked to the processing of commercial relations in a digital environment.
► Apply techniques and tools (risk control, financial analysis).
► Control and measure banking risks.
► Apply and comply with banking regulations.
