Since 2004, the Sales Management and Production Management M1 and M2 Masters programs have been run in partnership with La Poste Group and CFA Formaposte Sud Est. The aim of this 24-month work-study program is to train Sales Team Managers (MEC) and Production Team Managers (MEP).

The first year provides a mastery of the fundamentals of management and administration. The second year enables the student to deepen his or her knowledge of these different fields, and to strengthen his or her business orientation.

Admission

Access conditions

Hold at least a 3-year university degree (preferably in sales, marketing, management, HR, finance, business or engineering).

At least 6 months' professional experience (including internships) with a focus on sales, management or project management.

Be eligible for an apprenticeship or professionalization contract. Must have a valid driving license and be mobile within the South Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Occitanie regions.

Recruitment takes place in two phases:

  • Admissibility to the Master's program decided by the IAE training team on the basis of the application file.
  • Role-playing and motivational interviews conducted by the company.
