Presentation

Since 2004, the Master's degrees in Marketing Management and Production Management (M1 and M2) have been offered in partnership with La Poste Group and CFA Formaposte Sud Est. The aim of this program is to train Sales Team Managers (MEC) and Production Team Managers (MEP) through a work-study program (24 months).

The first year provides a mastery of the fundamentals of management and administration. The second year allows students to deepen their knowledge in these different areas and strengthen their career focus.

Admission

Admission requirements

Hold at least a bachelor's degree (preferably in business, marketing, management, HR, finance, business school, or engineering).

Provide proof of at least 6 months of professional experience (including internships) with a focus on sales, management, or project management.

Be eligible for an apprenticeship or professional training contract. Hold a Class B driver's license and be mobile within the South Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Occitanie regions.

Recruitment takes place in two phases:

  • Eligibility for the Master's program determined by the IAE training team based on the application file.
  • Role-playing and motivational interviews conducted by the company.
