Presentation
Since 2004, the Sales Management and Production Management M1 and M2 Masters programs have been offered in partnership with the La Poste group and the CFA Formaposte Sud Est. The objective of this program is to train Sales Team Managers (MEC) and Production Team Managers (MEP) on a work-study basis (24 months).
The first year provides a mastery of the fundamentals of management and administration. The second year allows students to deepen their knowledge of these different fields and to reinforce their professional orientation.

Master 1 - Team Management

Since 2004, the M1 and M2 Marketing Management and Production Management Masters programs have been run in partnership with La Poste Group and CFA Formaposte Sud Est.
The second year enables students to deepen their knowledge of these different fields and strengthen their business orientation.
Admission
Conditions of access
You must have at least a 3-year degree (preferably in sales, marketing, management, HR, finance, business school or engineering).
Proof of at least 6 months of professional experience (including internships) with a focus on sales, management or project management.
Be eligible for an apprenticeship or professionalization contract. Possess a valid driver's license and be mobile in the South Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Occitanie regions.
The recruitment is done in two phases:
- Admissibility in Master pronounced by the training team of the IAE on the basis of the application file.
- Placement in a situation and motivational interviews conducted by the company.
