Overview
Since 2004, the Master’s programs in Sales Management and Production Management (M1 and M2) have been offered in partnership with La Poste Group and CFA Formaposte Sud Est.
The first year provides students with a solid grasp of the fundamentals of management and administration.
Objectives
The goal of this program is to train, through a work-study program (24 months), Sales Team Managers (MEC) and Production Team Managers (MEP)

Upon completion of the two-year work-study program, students are fully capable of:

► Communicate externally and internally, including in a crisis context

Admission Requirements
Hold at least a three-year post-secondary degree (preferably in business, marketing, management, HR, finance, or from a business or engineering school).
Have at least 6 months of professional experience (including internships) with a focus on sales, management, or project management.
Be eligible for an apprenticeship or professional training contract.
Hold a Class B driver’s license and be able to travel within the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Occitanie regions.
Registration Procedures
The recruitment process consists of two phases:
► Admission to the Master’s program, determined by the IAE academic team based on the application materials.
► Role-playing exercises and motivational interviews conducted by the company.
