The objective of this master's degree is to train Business Developers and Social Sellers 4.0, prepared for the new context of product and service distribution, with an international vision. In a disruptive world, the behavior of buyers is changing. Salespeople's behavior is also changing, with the need to adapt to the profiles of these buyers, to offer innovative real-time solutions, and to do so by making massive use of digital tools. New jobs, new functions and therefore new sales profiles are emerging. They will have to be able to act and adapt in a globalized international context, to process and analyze, from a product marketing perspective, all the data at their disposal (Business Intelligence), with a view to adapting their offer and their behavior throughout the sales process.
Know-how and skills
The holder of the Master's degree will be able to elaborate :
- a targeted action to meet the expectations of an international clientele
- to understand and take into account the possible cultural differences of this clientele
To do this, he/she will be able to analyze the market and the needs of prospects/customers in detail thanks to a strong expertise in Business Intelligence.
Finally, he/she will have a good command of all the wheels of communication, particularly digital (social networks, web, etc.) for which he/she will be able to produce content (content marketing).

Admission
Conditions of access
L3 validated or equivalent (i.e. 180 ECTS validated) preferably in a field other than management. Scientific and technological profiles are preferred, but atypical profiles (LEA, history, geography, sociology, etc.) may also be considered.
An appetence for digital media and social networks is necessary as well as a certain openness to the international context and foreign cultures.
A first experience abroad, even for a short period (internship, taking courses in English, semester or job) is appreciated.
Minimum English score required: TOEFL: 90 * TOEIC: 800 * IELTS: 7* European test: C1*
* These scores are minimums to enter the Master's program, they do not necessarily give access to all foreign universities.
Experience, internship or summer job in digital (community manager, social network management, website creation...) and in sales are a real plus.
The "Score IAE-Message" and "Tage Mage" tests are not required to enter IAE Montpellier.
Target audience
