Presentation
In a disruptive world, buyer behavior is changing. Salespeople's behavior is also changing, with the need to adapt to buyer profiles and offer innovative real-time solutions, making extensive use of digital tools.
New professions, new roles, and therefore new sales profiles are emerging. Salespeople will need to be able to act and adapt in a globalized international context, and to process and analyze all the data at their disposal (business intelligence) with a view to marketing products, in order to adapt their offering and their behavior throughout the sales process.

Know-how and skills
Master's degree holders will be able to develop

► understand and take into account any cultural differences among this clientele
To do so, they will be able to conduct detailed analyses of the market and the needs of prospects/clients thanks to
their strong expertise in business intelligence.
Finally, they will have a good command of all aspects of communication, particularly digital communication
(social media, web, etc.), for which they will be able to produce content (content marketing).
