The objective of the Master's in Information Systems and Human Resources is to offer high-level training that addresses the current concerns of organizations.
The Master's in HRIS program lasts four semesters. It is organized around a core curriculum in Master 1 with other IAE courses and a specialization in Master 2. Certification is obtained after an evaluation.
Since 2011, this training program has been run in partnership with La Poste, represented by CFA FORMAPOSTE Méditerranée.
Objectives
The objective of the Master's degree in Information Systems and Human Resources is to offer high-
-level training that meets the needs of businesses. The courses taught provide a comprehensive approach
to the functioning of organizations while supporting the implementation, development, and
modernization of their HRIS. Understanding the strategic direction of HRM with HRIS and the
digital transformation of HR is essential for taking on responsibility. A strong openness to the professional world
, monitoring of developments in information technology, and close links with
research bring real added value to this program. The minimum nine-month period (
ing both years) spent in a company as part of an internship or work-study program leads, in the second year of the
, to the writing of a professional thesis providing answers to a problem/
modernization mission in HRIS.

Admission
Admission requirements
Recruitment based on application and interview. Candidates must have a well-developed and structured career plan.
Access to Master's 1:
Applicants must have earned 180 ECTS credits and have completed training in:
ĵ Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology Management from IAE Montpellier
ĵ Bachelor's degrees in scientific or technological fields
ĵ Bachelor's degrees in humanities and social sciences
ĵ Graduates of prestigious engineering or business schools
Admission to Master's 2:
Applicants must have earned 60 credits during their first year of a Master's program and:
ĵ hold an apprenticeship or professional training contract that includes a mission validated
by the program director
ĵ attest to successful professional experience in a management position with validation of prior learning
or equivalent.
For continuing education trainees, experience gained in a company will also be taken into consideration.

Mandatory prerequisites
Access in M1:
Students who have earned 180 ECTS credits, corresponding to three years of higher education (Bac + 3, Bachelor's degree, business schools).
Access in M2:
- In Apprenticeship:
• Students who have earned 60 credits in their first year of a master's degree in management, human resources management, labor law, sociology, psycho-sociology, economics, or MIAGE.
• Students who have graduated from prestigious business or engineering schools.
• Students who have obtained an apprenticeship contract that includes a project approved by the program director.
- Continuing Education - VAE:
• Individuals with a master's degree or M1.
• Individuals with proven successful professional experience in a management position with validation of prior learning or equivalent.
