The aim of the Master's degree in Information Systems and Human Resources is to offer high-level training in line with the current concerns of organizations.
The Master's degree in HRIS takes place over 4 semesters. It is organized around a common core in Master 1 with other IAE courses, and a specialization in Master 2. Certification is awarded following an assessment.
Since 2011, this training is carried out in partnership with La Poste, represented by the CFA FORMAPOSTE Méditerranée.
Objectives
The objective of the Master's degree in Information Systems and Human Resources is to offer a high level
training that meets the needs of companies. The teaching provided offers a global approach
to the functioning of organizations while accompanying the implementation, development and
modernization of their HRIS. Understanding the strategic direction of HRM with HRIS and the
digital HR transformation is essential for taking responsibility. A strong opening on the world
professional, a watch on the evolution of information technologies as well as a close link with the
research bring to this training a real added value. The minimum 9-month period (out of
the two years) in a company as part of the internship or work-study program leads, in the second year
, to the writing of a professional dissertation to provide answers to a problematic/
HRIS modernization mission.

In order to be able to integrate a complex and highly evolving professional environment, the HRIS master's degree favors
the acquisition of the following skills:
- In-depth culture of management and management of organizations
- Alliance of knowledge in HR and Information Technology
- Development of a strategic vision in the fields of HR and HRIS
- Understanding of the issues and managerial practices of design, implementation, steering and monitoring HRIS implementation, steering
and HRIS monitoring
- Measurement and control of HRIS management tools and methods, in-depth knowledge of HRIS and the possibilities
offered on the market
- Advanced and specialized use of digital tools
- Development of all the "soft skills", behaviors and postures at work that are essential
for a new position.

Admission
Conditions of access
Recruitment based on a file and an interview. To have a professional project built and structured.
Access to Master 1:
Candidates must hold 180 ECTS and have completed training in:
ĵ The license 3 Management of Science and Technology of IAE Montpellier
ĵ Licenses 3 from scientific or technological fields
ĵ Licenses 3 from humanities and social sciences disciplines
ĵ Graduates of major engineering or business schools
Access to Master 2:
Applicants must hold 60 credits validated during a first year of Master and:
ĵ holders of an apprenticeship or professionalization contract including a validated mission
by the head of the degree
ĵ attesting to successful professional experience in a management position with validation of prior learning
or equivalence.
For trainees in continuing education, the experience acquired in a company will also be taken into consideration

Access in M2 :
- In Apprenticeship :
- students who have validated the 60 credits of a first year M1 in management, HRM, social law, sociology, psychosociology or economics, MIAGE.
- students who have graduated from the grandes écoles of business or engineering.
- students who have obtained an apprenticeship contract including an assignment validated by the head of the degree.
- In continuing education - VAE :
- Holders of a Master's degree or an M1.
- Persons with successful professional experience in a managerial position with validation of prior learning or equivalence.
