Objectives

The aim of the Information Systems and Human Resources Master's degree is to provide high-level
training that meets the needs of companies. The courses offer a global approach
to how organizations operate, while supporting the implementation, development and
modernization of their HRIS. Understanding the strategic direction of HRM with HRIS and the
digital HR transformation is essential to taking on responsibility. A strong openness to the professional world
, a watchful eye on the evolution of information technologies and a close link with
research give this training program real added value. In the second year
, students spend a minimum of 9 months (out of
the two years) in a company as part of their internship or work-study program, culminating in the writing of a professional dissertation providing answers to an HRIS modernization problem or
assignment.
