Overview
The goal of the Master’s program in Information Systems and Human Resources is to provide high-level training that addresses the current challenges faced by organizations.
Since 2011, this program (a Master 2 degree) has been offered in partnership with La Poste, represented by the CFA FORMAPOSTE Méditerranée.
Objectives
The goal of this program is to train HR specialists through a work-study program. While providing a broad foundation in Human Resources Management, the program places particular emphasis on the strategic aspects and the management of Human Resources Information Systems.

Admission Requirements
Admission based on application materials and an interview. Candidates must have a well-defined and structured career plan.
Admission to the Master’s 1 program:
Applicants must have earned 180 ECTS credits and have completed a program in:
► The Bachelor’s 3 in Management of Science and Technology from IAE Montpellier
► Bachelor’s 3 degrees in scientific or technological fields
► Bachelor’s 3 degrees in the humanities and social sciences
► Graduates of prestigious engineering or business schools
Target Audience
Admission to the M1 program:
Students with a background in science or technology.
