The objective of the Master's degree in Information Systems and Human Resources is to offer high-level training that addresses the current concerns of organizations.
Since 2011, this Master's degree program has been run in partnership with La Poste, represented by CFA FORMAPOSTE Méditerranée.
Objectives
This program aims to train HR specialists through a work-study program. While maintaining a generalist approach to human resources management, particular emphasis is placed on the strategic dimension and management of human resources information systems.

Admission to Master's 1:
Applicants must have earned 180 ECTS credits and have completed training in:
► Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology Management from IAE Montpellier
► Bachelor's degrees in scientific or technological fields
► Bachelor's degrees in humanities and social sciences
► Graduates of prestigious engineering or business schools
