The aim of the Master's degree in Information Systems and Human Resources is to offer high-level training in line with current organizational concerns.
Since 2011, this Master 2 course has been run in partnership with La Poste, represented by CFA FORMAPOSTE Méditerranée.
Objectives
The aim of this program is to train HR specialists on a work-study basis. While maintaining a generalist approach to Human Resources Management, the focus is on the strategic dimension and management of Human Resources Information Systems.

In order to be able to integrate a complex and fast-changing professional environment, the HRIS master's degree promotes
the acquisition of the following skills:
► In-depth knowledge of management and organizational management
►Alliance of knowledge in HR and Information Technology
► Development of a strategic vision in the HR and HRIS fields
► Understanding of the managerial issues and practices involved in designing, implementing, steering and monitoring HRIS
► Measurement and control of HRIS management tools and methods, in-depth knowledge of HRIS and the possibilities offered on the market
► Advanced and specialized use of digital tools
► Development of all the "soft skills", behaviors and work postures essential for taking up a position
Internships, tutored projects
Minimum 3-month internship in M1.

Recruitment based on application and interview. Must have a structured professional project.
Access to Master 1:
Candidates must hold 180 ECTS and have completed training in:
► Licence 3 Management des Sciences et Technologies de l'IAE Montpellier
► Licences 3 from scientific or technological fields
► Licences 3 from human and social science disciplines
► Graduates of engineering or business schools
Target audience
Admission to M1:
Students with a scientific or technical background.
