Overview
The goal of the Master’s program in Information Systems and Human Resources is to provide high-level training that addresses the current challenges faced by organizations.
Since 2011, this program (a Master 2 degree) has been offered in partnership with La Poste, represented by the CFA FORMAPOSTE Méditerranée.
Objectives
The goal of this program is to train HR specialists through a work-study program. While providing a broad foundation in Human Resources Management, the program places particular emphasis on the strategic aspects and the management of Human Resources Information Systems.
Expertise and Skills
Holders of this degree are senior HR executives capable of:
► contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies that enable organizations to anticipate or adapt to changes in the business environment;
► to develop and implement the quantitative and qualitative measures (workforce management, recruitment, training) necessary to optimize or adapt human resources to the company’s economic objectives;
► to oversee personnel management and ensure compliance with labor regulations by incorporating the rules and procedures of labor law;
► to address specific issues such as the internationalization of companies;
► to address specific issues such as the design and management of HRIS while being sensitive to the challenges and difficulties associated with the use of ICT within an organization.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must have earned 60 credits during their first year of a Master’s program and:
► hold an apprenticeship or professional training contract that includes an assignment approved
by the program director
► provide proof of successful professional experience in a managerial position, with validation of prior learning
or an equivalent qualification.
For continuing education students, work experience gained in a company will also be taken into
consideration.

Mandatory Prerequisites
Admission to the M2 program:
►Apprenticeship:
►Students who have earned 60 credits in the first year of a Master’s 1 (M1) program in management, human resource management, labor law, sociology, psycho-sociology, economics, or MIAGE.
►Graduates of leading business or engineering schools.
►Students who have secured an apprenticeship contract that includes an assignment approved by the program director.
► Continuing Education - Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):
►Individuals who hold a master’s degree or have completed the first year of a master’s program (M1).
►Individuals who can demonstrate successful professional experience in a management position, with certification of prior learning or an equivalent qualification.
