The aim of the Master's degree in Information Systems and Human Resources is to offer high-level training in line with current organizational concerns.
Since 2011, this Master 2 course has been run in partnership with La Poste, represented by CFA FORMAPOSTE Méditerranée.
Objectives
The aim of this program is to train HR specialists on a work-study basis. While maintaining a generalist approach to Human Resources Management, the focus is on the strategic dimension and management of Human Resources Information Systems.
Know-how and skills
The holder of this diploma is a high-level HR executive capable of:
► contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies that anticipate or adapt to changes in the corporate environment;
► developing and implementing the quantitative and qualitative resources (employment management, recruitment, training) needed to optimize or adapt human resources to the company's economic goals;
► to ensure the management of personnel and the application of social regulations by integrating the rules and procedures of labor law;
► to respond to specific issues such as the internationalization of companies
► to respond to specific issues such as the design and management of HRIS, while being sensitive to the issues and difficulties linked to the use of ICT within an organization.

Access conditions
Candidates must hold 60 credits validated during the first year of a Master's degree and:
► hold an apprenticeship or professionalization contract including a validated assignment
by the degree coordinator
► attest to successful professional experience in a management position with validation of prior learning
or equivalence.
For continuing education trainees, experience acquired in a company will also be taken into
consideration.

Necessary prerequisites
Admission to M2 :
►En Apprenticeship:
►Students who have validated the 60 credits of a first-year M1 in management, HRM, social law, sociology, psychosociology or economics, MIAGE.
►Graduates from leading business and engineering schools.
►Students who have obtained an apprenticeship contract including an assignment validated by the degree supervisor.
► Continuing education - VAE :
►Les titulaires d'une maîtrise ou d'un M1.
►Persons with successful professional experience in a management position with validation of prior learning or equivalence.
