Description
The program for this EU focuses on an experimental approach to basic knowledge related to radiochemistry, separative chemistry, and conversion processes. This knowledge will be applied through specific examples.
Objectives
Gain practical experience of the basic principles of radiochemistry, separative chemistry, and conversion or dissolution processes through several 4-hour practical sessions.

- Liquid-liquid extraction: kinetics and thermodynamics
- Thermodynamics and phase equilibria
- Separative chemistry
Knowledge assessment
Grading of reports.
