Description
The objective of this course unit is to provide students with theoretical and practical training in the fundamental techniques of biomolecule separation and purification.

Objectives
This course unit will cover techniques for extracting and/or concentrating biomolecules present in different matrices, as well as techniques for separating biomolecules using liquid chromatography. An application focusing on separation methods used in proteomics will be presented.
