Description
This course aims to teach liquid chromatography and gas chromatography.
Hourly volumes:
CM: 3:00 p.m.
Tutorial: 5 hours
Objectives
Be familiar with different methods of liquid chromatography (adsorption, partition, ion, exclusion, chiral) and gas chromatography, and have a thorough understanding of the principles behind each technique.
Knowledge of different analytical techniques: HPLC/UPLC/GC
Knowing how to choose the appropriate analytical method based on the nature of the compounds to be analyzed
