Description
Cell culture is a basic laboratory technique that is constantly evolving. It is important to know the basics, which are often poorly understood, even though it is an essential methodology in research and industry.
Objectives
The EU has 3 objectives
1-Theoretical basis of cell culture.
2-Give concrete examples of the contribution of cell culture in various fields of research.
3-Recent developments in cell culture (organoids, iPS, etc.) and techniques used in culture (transfection, infection, tracing methods, etc.) will also be discussed.
Necessary prerequisites
