Objectives

The aim of this module is to provide a basic understanding of the physical and petrophysical description of reservoirs at different scales (from the thin sheet to the basin scale), as well as the main aspects of diagenesis that modify petrophysical properties.

Necessary prerequisites

Sedimentology in silico-clastic or carbonate domains (Bachelor's and Master's 1), possibly with notions acquired in hydrogeology (Bachelor's).
