Description

This EU corresponds to the completion of a synthesis project on an issue relevant to the structure where the work-study program takes place (new techniques, new processes, new markets, etc.). Once the issue has been identified and formalized based on a rigorous state-of-the-art analysis, a phase of implementation and execution of the approach is expected, as well as a phase of analysis of the results specifying how they can be implemented, particularly within the framework of the host organization.

Objectives

The objective of this EU is twofold, namely

1) Identify areas in which the host organization could position itself, whether these be new markets, new processes, or technological or legislative niches, and

2) Lead a project independently and in collaboration with the host organization's representative.

The work will be presented in the form of a report and an oral presentation describing the subject and motivation behind the project, along with the challenges involved for both the host organization and the work-study student (possible link to career plans).
