Description
Project management encompasses all the methods, tools, and techniques used to organize the progress of a project and achieve its objectives, from the initial idea to its completion.
A practical scenario is planned using exercises or case studies so that students acquire the right reflexes and learn how to use project management tools.
Objectives
The EU aims to provide students with the fundamentals of project management. The targeted skills are as follows:
- In terms of knowledge: what is a project, types of projects, project stages and breakdown, project stakeholders, some project management tools, project risk management
- In terms of expertise: identifying the project profile and its stakeholders, planning it, discussing it, knowing how to use the appropriate project management tools.

Knowledge assessment
- Part of the assessment will be individual, based on participation during classes and in group work.
- The majority of the assessment will be done individually or in groups, with assignments to be handed in and an oral presentation of the project.
