Description

This course is conducted in groups or individually. It follows the UE "Scientific project 1". It takes place in 3 stages:
- Realization: the students carry out the experiments and analyze the results (rooms and means necessary for the experiments provided).
- Restitution : they prepare the restitution (oral + article in English of 5 pages) of their experimentation, bring
a critical look and expose it in front of the sponsors, the pedagogical team and the other students.
- Critical analysis : the students evaluate the other articles (peer-reviewing process) and finalize their article from the comments received.

Objectives

The objective of this course is to put students in small groups in a situation where they are confronted with an open-ended question about "water-agriculture" for which they must set up means of answering through experimentation, in silico, in the laboratory or in situ, thanks to the various skills acquired during the course.
More specifically, this sequence aims to carry out a survey or experimentation (digital or physical), to analyze it and to present it in written form (5-page article) and orally.

Continuous assessment: 100%.

Writing an article in English. The evaluation is based on the achievement as well as on the whole process (organization, critical analysis, written and oral presentation).
