Objectives
The mathematics program is a course of study designed for students who wish to teach mathematics at the secondary level. It aims to strike a balance between the following five elements of training: subject knowledge, teaching skills, professional experience, knowledge of the education system, and an introduction to research. The program focuses on developing independent and rigorous reasoning skills, as well as reflection on teaching practice.
