Overview

Objectives

The Mathematics Track is a program designed for students who intend to teach mathematics at the secondary level. It aims to strike a balance among the following five components of the program: subject-specific knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, professional field experience, understanding of the education system, and an introduction to research. Emphasis will be placed on developing the ability to reason independently and rigorously, as well as on reflecting on teaching practice.
