The main aim of this training program is to provide advanced managerial skills that can be applied in a variety of environments
, both public and private.
The student will receive comprehensive training as a public manager and expert, as well as the fundamental principles and skills required to succeed in the world of research and higher education.
Objectives
Managerial, administrative and political approaches are approached from both organizational and functional angles (steering, law, finance, HR, international, project management).
The curriculum as a whole enables students to develop strategic organizational and environmental thinking from a public/private perspective, and to master the tools of public performance management.
