Objectives
The primary objectives of this program are to provide advanced managerial knowledge that can be applied across various sectors, whether private or public.
Participants will receive comprehensive training as public managers and experts, as well as the fundamental principles and skills required to succeed in the fields of research and higher education.
Expertise and Skills
Managerial, administrative, and policy approaches are examined from an organizational and functional perspective (governance, law, finance, HR, international affairs, and project management). The program as a whole enables students to develop strategic thinking regarding organizational and environmental issues from both public and private sector perspectives and to master the tools of public performance management.

Admission Requirements
This program is designed for students in initial training as well as for those pursuing continuing education: executives in the civil service, public institutions, research organizations, associations, or service providers who wish to update their knowledge and skills.
This master’s program is open to apprenticeship tracks and continuing education. Available to tenured staff, this track enables them to advance their career goals through preparation for civil service exams.
