Objectives
The main objectives of this training program are to provide advanced managerial knowledge that can be applied in various fields, whether private or public.
Participants will receive comprehensive training as public managers and experts, as well as learning the fundamental principles and skills required to succeed in the world of research and higher education.

Managerial, administrative, and political approaches are addressed from an organizational and functional perspective (management, law, finance, HR, international affairs, project management). The entire curriculum enables students to develop strategic organizational and environmental thinking from a public/private perspective and to master public performance management tools.

This program is intended for students in initial training as well as continuing education audiences: executives in the civil service, public institutions, research organizations, associations, or operators who wish to update their knowledge and skills.
This master's degree is open to apprenticeships and continuing education. Accessible to permanent staff, this program allows them to develop their professional projects by preparing for civil service exams.
