This specialized and versatile program is primarily designed to equip students with the professional skills needed for various roles within the university, drawing on innovative management methods.

Managerial, administrative, and policy approaches are addressed from an organizational and functional perspective (governance, law, finance, HR, international affairs, and project management). The program as a whole enables students to develop strategic thinking regarding organizational and environmental issues from both public and private sector perspectives and to master the tools of public performance management.
As such, this program will enable participants to apply, comply with, and enforce rules and standards related to public management and to ensure regulatory oversight of actions, contracts, and public procurement within public organizations—and more specifically in the field of higher education and research.
It will provide them with the foundations to apply and implement public management policies and practices by contributing to the management of human and financial resources within a public institution.
It will also enable users to lead a project (design, steering, team coordination, implementation and management, evaluation, and dissemination) that draws on multidisciplinary skills within a collaborative and dynamic framework.
Finally, it will enable users to prepare for and pass civil service exams, advance in their careers, or pursue a Ph.D. in management.
