Specialized and versatile, this training program is primarily designed to provide users with professional skills in various university professions, inspired by innovative management methods.

Management, administrative, and political approaches are addressed from an organizational and functional perspective (steering, law, finance, HR, international affairs, project management). The entire curriculum enables students to develop strategic organizational and environmental thinking from a public/private perspective and to master public performance management tools.
As such, this program will enable users to apply, comply with, and enforce rules and standards related to public management and ensure regulatory control of actions, contracts, and public procurement within public organizations, specifically in the field of higher education and research.
It will provide them with the foundations to apply and implement public management policies and practices by contributing to the human and financial resource management of a public institution.
It will also enable users to lead a project (design, management, team coordination, implementation and management, evaluation, dissemination) that can mobilize multidisciplinary skills in a collaborative and dynamic framework.
Finally, it will enable users to prepare for and pass administrative exams, advance in their careers, or pursue their projects toward a doctorate in management.
