, combining managerial skills with a focus on digital transformation.

Expertise and Skills
►Strengthen skills in the humanities and social sciences (HSS), particularly in management
► Acquire cross-functional skills in the areas of project management, cost accounting, digital technologies, team management and leadership, and innovation management and development
► Enable students to gain training in management issues in order to develop skills in project management, team management, as well as digital project management and entrepreneurship
Program
The four course units that students are required to take are determined by each Master’s program at the FDS. This is not a choice made by the individual student.
Students will write a thesis for the Master II in Management at the IAE; this thesis will be graded, and the minimum grade required to earn the MTS master’s degree will be 10/20.

Generally speaking, earning both Master’s degrees simultaneously enables graduates to advance much more quickly into leadership roles that require managerial skills and an understanding of the challenges of digital transformation.
