This Master's degree is aimed at holders of a scientific bachelor's degree* enrolled in a Master's course at the University of Montpellier's Faculty of Science in partnership with the IAE, and wishing to acquire a dual managerial skill focused on digital transformation.

Objectives
In Master 1 & 2, the IAE offers scientific students the opportunity to take an additional teaching unit (UE)
during each semester.
Students will take 4 UE at the IAE during their 2-year Master's degree, and will obtain two diplomas: the Master of Science from the Faculty of Science and the Master of Science and Technology Management (MTS) from the IAE.
Know-how and skills
- Strengthen SHS (Human and Social Sciences) skills, especially managerial skills
- Acquire cross-disciplinary skills in project management,
cost calculation, digitalization technologies, team management and leadership, innovation management and
development.
- To allow students to be trained in management issues in order to develop project management skills, team management, but also management of digital projects and
business creation skills

This master's degree consists of 3 blocks:
The 4 UE that students must take are decided by each FDS Master's course. It is not
is not an individual student choice.
Students will write a Master II management-oriented thesis for the IAE, which will be assessed on the following criteria
and the minimum mark required for validation of the MTS master's degree will be 10/20.

Conditions of access
Applications for Master 1 must be made on monmaster.gouv.fr
Register at the FDS for your primary registration in the Master of Science of your choice (among the Masters of the FDS partners of the IAE) and register at the IAE in secondary registration in the Master MTS.
The Master MTS is subject to selection by the IAE

Of course, careers are specific to each Master's degree taken as a main course at the Faculty of Science. Generally speaking, a combination of the two Master's degrees will enable you to move more quickly into positions of responsibility, where a managerial dimension and an awareness of the challenges of digital transformation are essential.
