Presentation
The mention Innovation Management is part of the system set up by the University of Montpellier around the creation of innovative companies, the development of research and the support of project leaders based on technological innovation.
Aimed at a public mainly scientists and technologists, this training is part of the historical positioning of "dual skills" developed within the IAE. It relies on a set of partners ranging from research laboratories of the University, to various structures of support for the creation of innovative companies (scientific incubators, incubators, financing structures, seed funds, crowdfunding platforms, valorization units ...).

Objectives
The program offers:
- Training of students in the management of innovative projects within large groups, start-ups, or research units.
- Support for the holders of creative projects in all fields of innovation. The Master's program is intended to act as a pre-incubator. In the ICT sector (web course), it will be a matter of encouraging and guiding students with a background in e-marketing in their business creation project.

SKILLS:
- Master the tools of project management
- Design a business model and a business plan,
- Understand the environment of innovation and business creation (e.g. intellectual property law)
- Know the different actors of the accompaniment of business creation and innovation
- Understand/use the tools of evaluation and financing of innovation
- Analyze a project, in particular through economic intelligence tools

Creation of Innovative Companies (CEI)
The Master's degree in Innovative Company Creation (CEI) includes specialized seminars, an assignment in an innovative company and a long internship.
The program alternates academic training and training through experience to address the management of innovative projects and the creation of innovative companies, in partnership with professionals in the field of supporting companies in development through innovation.
Management of Innovative Projects (MPI)
The Master of Innovative Project Management (MPI) includes specialized seminars, an assignment in an innovative company and an internship.
The program alternates academic training and training through experience to address the management of innovative projects, in partnership with professionals in the support of companies developing through innovation.
Management of digital transformation
The Master's degree in Management of Digital Transformation (MTD) is part of the Management of Innovation field.
E-Marketing
This Master's degree combines expertise in digital innovations and marketing. Coming from courses with a strong IT content and/or an appetite for the digital sector, students learn about the challenges and uses of these technological innovations in marketing and customer relations.
Admission
Target audience
The preferred profile is dual competence: the Master's degree aims to provide a dual competence to initial profiles not specialized in management (e.g. technological or scientific).
Necessary pre-requisites
Access to M1:
Students must have 180 ECTS, corresponding to three years of higher education (Bac + 3, Bachelor's degree, business schools).
Access to M2:
Students with a Master 1 IAE or equivalent (Bac +4, 240 ECTS).
