The Master's in Retail Management provides students with a solid education that prepares them to take on
- Management positions (supermarkets, curbside pickup, etc.)
- Or management positions involving cross-functional responsibilities (purchasing, human resources, logistics, e-commerce) within retail groups
They will be able to:
- To learn how to build relationships with stakeholders
- To analyze customer expectations and satisfaction
- To implement store setup and merchandising policies
- Use management control methods, cost and margin calculations, and key ratios to optimize the product mix
- To take charge of employee management
