Objectives
Upon completion of this course, students will have skills on:
- the space and atmospheric radiative environment
- Large quantities,
- The interaction between radiation and matter
- Overview of the different effects on the electronics :
o Single effects
o Effects of the total ionizing dose
o Displacement effects

Necessary pre-requisites
Applicants should have a strong academic background in the general areas of microelectronics, semiconductor physics and/or physics.
