Objectives
Knowledge of the international market of essential oils, their chemical and olfactory classification and their standardization.
Experimental training: Application of AFNOR standards for the characterization of commercial essential oils.
Necessary pre-requisites
Basic knowledge of organic chemistry

Assessment of knowledge: 60% Final test (2 sessions), 40% Practical work (written)
