Presentation
Come and do a work-study program in business development at IAE Montpellier.
We offer a work-study SIDC degree to enable you to work as a sales assistant and prepare you for entry to a master's program. This is a general , non-professional license, which will give you access to the various master's programs. This course is also available for initial and continuing training.

Objectives
At the end of the 3rd year of the Bachelor's degree, students will be able to move into management positions responsible for assisting sales staff in sales management missions, using information systems tools. By the end of the degree, students have acquired dual training in both business management and information systems, with hands-on experience of ERP (SAP) and Business Intelligence software (Qlikview and Business Object).
Know-how and skills
The information systems dimension is central to this training program, and will enable you to acquire the skills and know-how sought after in the digitalization of commerce, such as :
- Making sales and mastering sales processes (negotiations, B to B, B to C)
- Customer relationship management and mastery of sales data analysis (mailing, targeting promotional campaigns)
- Management of sales initiatives and team management (training, support and follow-up)
Throughout the course, you will work in project mode to master database management tools and Business Intelligence software (Qlikview and Business Object), enabling you to acquire sought-after skills in digitizing sales actions.

Access conditions
Access to L3:
Management, science or technical students with 120 ECTS, corresponding to 2 years of higher education (BTS, BUT, Licence 2, business schools). The bachelor's degree consists of two semesters. The first semester covers general management disciplines in addition to business development disciplines. Specialization then continues in the second semester, with a particular focus on tools for digitalizing sales activities. Candidates are recruited on the basis of a portfolio and a motivation interview.

Necessary prerequisites
Management, science or technical students with 120 ECTS credits, corresponding to 2 years of higher education (Bac +2, Licence 2, business schools).
The student must have a company that will take him or her on under a work-study contract (contrat de professionnalisation or contrat d'apprentissage).
