The Bachelor's Degree in Economic and Social Administration (AES) is a multidisciplinary program that focuses on acquiring and deepening fundamental knowledge in the fields of law, economics, and management. 

In the third year of the bachelor's degree, students specialize and can choose one of two tracks: L3 Business Administration and Management or L3 Public Administration and Management (AGP).

Objectives

The Bachelor's degreein Economic and Social Administration (AES) trains students for jobs in the private or public sector. 

During their studies, they acquire a good level of skills in law, economics, management, as well as quantitative techniques and modern languages:

  • Knowledge of the economic, legal, and social environment of private and public organizations
  • Multidisciplinarity: training in social sciences, business in the context of their international dimension, teaching
  • Management skills in private and public organizations
  • Proficiency in professional languages: modern languages and computer languages

Know-how and skills

The AES Bachelor's degree provides students with essential knowledge for managing organizations, whether commercial or non-commercial, in a national or international context.

In addition to providing management skills, this program prepares students for civil service exams by developing analytical skills and the responsiveness needed in a constantly changing socio-economic environment.

Upon completion of the Bachelor's degree, students will have acquired the following skills:

  • Analytical thinking and responsiveness: adapting to a dynamic socio-economic environment.
  • Social Relations: understanding the challenges faced by stakeholders and organizations of various sizes and from various sectors.
  • Essential knowledge, methods, and management tools for the effective socioeconomic, technical, and managerial functioning of businesses, whether private or public.
  • Teaching competition methodologies: acquisition of essay writing, summarizing, and oral expression techniques.
