The Licence 1 and 2 Administration Economique et Sociale (AES) is a multi-disciplinary course based on the acquisition and deepening of fundamentals in the fields of law, economics and management. 

In Licence 3, students specialize in one of two courses: L3 Administration et Gestion des Entreprises or L3 Administration et Gestion Publiques AGP.

Objectives

The economic and social administration (AES) degree prepares students for jobs in the private or public sector. 

During their studies, they acquire high-level skills in law, economics, management, quantitative techniques and modern languages:

  • Knowledge of the economic, legal and social environment of private and public organizations
  • Multidisciplinarity: training in the social and corporate fields, in the context of their international dimension, and in teaching.
  • Management skills in private and public organizations

Know-how and skills

The AES Bachelor's degree provides essential knowledge for managing organizations, whether market or non-market, in a national or international context.

In addition to providing management skills, this course prepares students for competitive examinations in the civil service, developing the analytical skills and responsiveness needed in a constantly changing socio-economic environment.

At the end of the Licence, students will have acquired the following skills:

  • Analytical thinking and responsiveness: adapting to a dynamic socio-economic environment.
  • A sense of industrial relations: understanding the challenges faced by players and organizations in a wide range of sectors and sizes.
  • Knowledge, methods and management tools essential for the smooth socio-economic, technical and managerial running of companies, whether private or public.
