Licence 3 is a year of specialization. L3 Administration et Gestion des Entreprises is designed to train future multi-skilled managers in the private sector.

Objectives
The L3 in Business Administration and Management enables students to acquire the skills needed to run a business. On completion of the course, they will be able to :
- diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of an activity with a view to formulating recommendations
- administrative, accounting and financial or marketing and sales management responsibilities
- supervise and coordinate a team of employees
