The Bachelor's degree in Economic and Social Administration (AES) is a multi-disciplinary course in law, economics and management.

Objectives
The aim of the L3 Public Administration and Management is to enable students to master all aspects of public intervention. On completion of the course, they will be able to :
- Intervene in all general organizational matters, organizing and coordinating the drafting and transmission of essential information to the employing organization on behalf of a line manager.
- Diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of a business, formulate strategic proposals and alternatives
- Apply the political and economic objectives of decision-making bodies
- Supervisory responsibilities
- Supervise, organize and coordinate a team of employees in one or more departments
Know-how and skills
- Acquire fundamental knowledge in the management of commercial and non-commercial organizations, in a national and international environment.
- Preparing students for civil service entrance examinations
- Analytical thinking and responsiveness to a constantly changing socio-economic environment
- The social and human relations skills needed to understand the issues of players and organization within structures of various sizes and sectors
- Knowledge, methods and management tools essential to the socio-economic, technical and managerial functioning of public and private organizations

Professional integration
Graduates of a Licence 3 in Public Administration and Management (AGP) have the knowledge and skills needed to work in the public and para-public sectors.
They can work in the following professions:
- Public sector executives (management, human resources management, public accounting, etc.)
