Objectives
The Bachelor’s degree program in Public Administration and Management is designed to enable students to gain a thorough understanding of public policy in all its dimensions. Upon completion of the program, they will be able to:
- Address any general organizational issues; organize and coordinate, on behalf of a supervisor, the drafting and transmission of essential information to the organization that employs them
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of a business, and propose strategies and alternatives
- Implement the political and economic objectives of decision-making bodies
- Perform supervisory duties
- Supervise, organize, and coordinate a team of employees from one or more departments
Expertise and Skills
- Acquisition of fundamental knowledge in the field of management of organizations in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, in both national and international contexts.
- Preparing Students for Civil Service Exams
- Analytical thinking and responsiveness in a constantly changing socioeconomic environment
- Social and interpersonal skills necessary to understand the challenges faced by individuals and organizations within institutions of various sizes and across different sectors

Employment Placement
Students who have completed the third year of the Bachelor’s degree program in Public Administration and Management (AGP) have the knowledge needed to work in the public and quasi-public sectors.
They can work in the following fields:
- Public-sector executives (management, human resources management, public accounting, etc.)
- Careers in the civil service (central government agencies, prefectures), local government (local government clerk, local government attaché, etc.), and hospitals
- Careers in quasi-public organizations (associations affiliated with the government or local authorities, public-private partnerships, etc.).
