Description
The molecular biology laboratory course aims to make students autonomous in the face of a molecular biology protocol and to introduce them to hypothesis-driven research. The students will have 6 days to answer a biological problem which will be proposed to them. They will thus be able to put into practice, under laboratory conditions, some of the techniques they have learned in their theoretical courses to better understand them.
Objectives
Knowledge:
- Understand the different steps of common molecular biology techniques
Know-how :
- To carry out the current techniques of molecular biology with protocols
- Analyze and interpret experimental results
- Respect the rules of hygiene and safety
- Write a report in the form of a scientific article
Know how to be :
- Know how to work in a team
- To be autonomous when faced with a molecular biology protocol
- Know how to manage your time independently
Necessary pre-requisites
