Description
This UE will cover the following points:
- Affine geometry: affine spaces, affine applications, barycenters. Affine geometry of the plane and space, classical theorems.
- Euclidean affine geometry: Euclidean affine spaces, isometries. Euclidean affine geometry of the plane and space, classical theorems, use of complexes to describe objects in the Euclidean affine plane and isometries.
- Isometries and groups.
Objectives
Complement the geometry training of students planning to enroll in a MEEF master's degree to take the CAPES and become a middle or high school teacher.
Necessary prerequisites
L1 and L2 algebra and geometry courses, in particular :
- HAX402X Euclidean spaces.
Recommended prerequisites: first semester of L3
