The Master's degree in Psychological Preparation and Coaching aims to train future specialists in mental preparation and coaching for athletes, teams, coaches, sports institutions, etc. The university program aims to provide students with the skills and theoretical and practical knowledge they need to support and guide athletes, sports teams or groups of practitioners, sports institutions and specialized staff, coaches and supervisors at all levels of preparation and competition. Psychological preparation and coaching are at the service of athletic performance and personal fulfillment in the promotion of athletic values and ethics.

Graduates—who have received training focused on sports science, particularly sports psychology and mental coaching—know how to analyze requests, diagnose the nature of psychological problems, and choose appropriate measures with rigor and ethics.

They are able to use different approaches (clinical, cognitive, and social psychology, coaching, etc.) based on both qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (tests) methods and tools in order to establish a contract of objectives with the applicant(s), take action, and evaluate their interventions.

He is called upon to work in consulting, expertise, or evaluation.
