Presentation
This program is designed to train future physical training managers for the federal and private sectors. It is part of the policy of the Faculty of Sports Sciences in Montpellier, which offers a comprehensive university education in sports training and physical preparation. The Languedoc-Roussillon region is home to several clubs that compete at the highest national and European levels in various sports and benefits from high-quality sports facilities. The UFR itself has an indoor sports complex (athletics track, five training rooms, including one for weight training) and premises dedicated to research.
- Knowing how to design, develop, innovate, and manage a physical training program in existing or newly created public or private facilities.
- Provide theoretical and practical knowledge in physical training, tailored to the professional plan.
- Adapting scientific skills to physical training,
- Become familiar with technology watch for modern assessment tools.
- Contribute to the development of applied research protocols in sports science.
