The professional training course "Prevention, Health Education, Physical Activity" (PESAP) is designed to qualify future managers in the field of health promotion, defined as the process of empowering people to take greater control of their own health and improve it. These individuals are specifically trained to use physical activity as a lever for promoting health, taking into account the level of commitment of individuals to their practices.
Ultimately, the training program aims to provide the skills needed to create conditions conducive to public health in all areas of life, particularly in terms of lifestyle and physical activity.
