Overview
In many countries, companies are looking for employees who possess skills specific to training design—that is, employees capable of analyzing, designing, and implementing training programs, particularly in the
tourism sector, and who have strong language skills. The master’s program in “Teaching and Training Design in French and English as Foreign Languages” is entirely focused on preparing students for careers as foreign language teachers in French and English and/or as specialists in training design.
The complementary nature of the targeted language skills and those related to training
design should, through the diversification of career opportunities, enhance the employability of future graduates.
Expertise and Skills
The professional programs at the Master 1 and Master 2 levels focus on the skills required to work as a teacher and trainer in multicultural and multilingual contexts

Language skills in French and English as foreign languages;
Skills in language pedagogy;
General skills related to the teaching and training professions;
General competencies in training design for adult learners in educational or professional settings
;
Competencies in project management in France and/or abroad (development, implementation, and monitoring);
Knowledge of the professional context of education and training in France and abroad.
The EIFFALE Professional Master’s program is entirely in-person;
The EIFFALE Professional Master’s program does not prepare students for any French National Education recruitment exams. It is entirely focused on the professional training of students or professionals interested in careers as teachers and/or trainers in the fields of education and/or training;
A significant portion of the program is dedicated to internships in schools or companies in France or abroad: 3 weeks in the first year (M1) and 7 to 8 weeks in the second year (M2). The FDE’s International Relations Office assists students in finding internship placements abroad.

Admission
Admission Requirements
Admission to the M1 program is open to any student who holds a bachelor’s degree and has proficiency in two foreign languages, English and French (B2 level required in French and English
).
Admission to the M2 EIFFALE program will be open to:
– Holders of the M1 EIFFALE degree.
– To those who do not hold an M1 EIFFALE: on an exceptional basis as part of a process to validate prior higher education studies (when the prior academic background has enabled the acquisition of knowledge and skills corresponding to the M1 EIFFALE).
