In many countries, companies are looking for staff with specific skills in training engineering, i.e., staff who are able to analyze, design, and implement training programs, particularly in the tourism sector, and who have strong language skills. The Master's degree in "Teaching and Training Engineering in French and English as Foreign Languages" is entirely focused on preparing students for careers as teachers of French and English as foreign languages and/or as specialists in training engineering.
The complementary nature of the language skills targeted and those related to training engineering should improve the employability of future graduates by diversifying their career opportunities.
Know-how and skills
The Master 1 and Master 2 professional training programs focus on the skills needed to work as a teacher or trainer in multicultural and multilingual contexts

Language skills in French and English as foreign languages;
Language teaching skills;
General skills related to the teaching and training professions;
General skills in training engineering for adult audiences in school or professional environments

Skills in project engineering in France and/or abroad (development, implementation, and monitoring)
Knowledge of the professional context of education and training in France and abroad
The EIFFALE professional master's degree is entirely classroom-based;
The EIFFALE professional master's degree does not prepare students for any French national education recruitment exams. It is entirely focused on the professional training of students or professionals interested in teaching and/or training in the fields of education and/or training;
Internships in schools or companies in France or abroad play an important role: 3 weeks in M1 and 7 to 8 weeks in M2. The FDE's international relations department assists students in finding internship placements abroad.

Admission
Admission requirements
Access to the M1 is open to any student with a bachelor's degree and proficiency in two foreign languages, English and French (B2 level required in French and
English).
Access to the M2 EIFFALE will be open:
– To holders of the M1 EIFFALE.
– To non-holders of the M1 EIFFALE: exceptionally, as part of a higher education validation process (when the previous course of study has enabled the acquisition of knowledge and skills corresponding to the M1 EIFFALE).
