In many countries, companies are looking for personnel who master the skills specific to training engineering, i.e. personnel capable of analyzing, designing and implementing training activities, in particular in the tourism sector
, and who have strong linguistic skills. The master's degree "Teaching and Training Engineering in French and English, Foreign Languages" is entirely centered on the preparation for the profession of foreign language teacher in French and English and/or manager specialized in training engineering.
The complementarity of the linguistic skills targeted and those linked to the engineering of
training should, through the diversification of professional outlets, allow for the improvement of the employability of future graduates.
Know-how and skills
The professional training courses in Master 1 and Master 2 are focused on the skills necessary for the exercise of the teaching profession and the profession of trainer in multicultural and multilingual contexts

Linguistic skills in French and English as foreign languages;
Skills in language didactics;
General skills in the teaching and training profession;
General skills in training engineering for adults in school or professional environments;
Skills in project engineering in France and/or abroad (development, implementation and follow-up);
Knowledge of the professional context of education and training in France and abroad
The EIFFALE professional Master's degree is entirely face-to-face;
The EIFFALE professional Master's degree does not prepare students for any competitive examination in French national education. It is entirely oriented towards the professional training of students or professionals interested in the profession of teacher and/or trainer in the fields of education and/or training;
The place given to internships in schools or companies in France or abroad is important: 3 weeks in M1 and 7 to 8 weeks in M2. The FDE's international relations department assists students in their search for internship sites abroad.

Admission
Conditions of access
The access to the M1 is opened to any student holding a licence, and having competences in the two foreign languages, English and French (level B2 required in French and in
English).
The access to the M2 EIFFALE will be opened :
- To the holders of the M1 EIFFALE.
- To the non-holders of the M1 EIFFALE : exceptionally within the framework of a process of validation of higher education (when the previous course made it possible to acquire the knowledge and competences corresponding to the M1 EIFFALE).
