English tutorial course for students enrolled in the Master 2 Physics program who are seeking professional integration in English in a contemporary context.

• Mobilize the four language skills described by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) at level B2.
• Practice listening to and understanding documents about the Anglo-Saxon working world
• Introduction to job hunting in English

Reading and listening comprehension, basic grammar concepts, and basic written and oral expression skills.

Recommended prerequisites:

Level B2 of the CEFR in both speaking and writing

Continuous assessment – Attendance and active participation in classes will be required.

• Listening comprehension – video materials, group discussions
• Reading comprehension – based on articles from the business press
• Oral expression in interaction – interviews and group work
• Written expression – training in writing resumes and cover letters
• Oral expression in presentations at laboratories or specialized companies and individual job interviews
