Presentation
This program is part of the reform of teacher training and the integration of preparation for teacher recruitment exams and the teaching profession into master's degrees. At the end of the program, students should have acquired the fundamental disciplinary or multidisciplinary knowledge necessary to teach the subject at different levels of the school system.
Objectives
The scientific objectives relate in particular to the teaching provided in the "disciplinary knowledge mastery" and "research and in-depth study" training modules. Students must acquire a scientific and disciplinary culture that can be reinvested primarily in the development of two skills targeted by this master's degree:
- the production of research work and the in-depth study of a research question through the application of a scientific approach.
- the problematization and multidisciplinary analysis of professional issues related to learning, teaching, and more broadly, educational intervention in a school context (particularly required during the eligibility tests for the recruitment competition and the second oral test).
