Master's Degree in QSE Performance Management

Risks and Environment
Academic Director: Laurence Weil

  • Master's Degree in QSE Performance Management

The Master's in Risk and Environment, with a focus on QSE Performance Management, opens the door to social and societal approaches that are crucial for businesses and administrations: Sustainable Development, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Quality of Life at Work, Human Factors, etc. These topics, which are at the heart of current developments in businesses and societies, must be driven by a culture of innovation, conviction, and commitment from everyone, but above all, they must be rooted in the socio-economic reality of organizations.

Based on QSE methodologies and tools, which form its foundations, the course aims to provide students with knowledge of these subjects, but above all with the tools they need to act as experts and advisors to management, in their role as QSE Managers.

The multidisciplinary training program develops risk management and crisis management preparedness approaches while incorporating the managerial and communication skills needed for project management, change management, and the practical implementation of sustainable strategies.
