By combining a review and consolidation of the theoretical fundamentals with practical experience, the Master 2 Droit Social - Droit du Travail course aims to enable employment law professionals, among others, to :
- master and implement social regulations
- analyze a request and propose legally secure solutions
- maintain a constant legal watch

Objectives
Main features of the diploma:
The Master 2 Droit social, Droit du travail (FC) program is offered exclusively through continuing education.
The program comprises 241 hours of teaching, i.e. 4 training days per month from October to June.
Half of the course is taught face-to-face, and half remotely (via a Zoom-type platform), with teaching aids and content made available.
Teaching alternates between a review and consolidation of the theoretical fundamentals (lectures) and practical situations (exercises).
Course objective:
This Master 2 program is aimed at professionals who hold or have already held positions related to employment law, and who wish to develop their careers by updating and reinforcing their knowledge and skills.
Skills acquired at the end of the course (diploma eligible for CPF):
The 4 blocks of skills listed in the RNCP for the Master's in Employment Law are:
- Block 1: Advanced and specialized use of digital tools
- Block 2: Development and integration of highly specialized knowledge
- Block 3: Specialized communication for knowledge transfer
- Block 4: Support for transformation in a professional context

Admission
Access conditions
Hold a Master 1 degree (or equivalent) with professional experience in employment law.
Candidates who do not hold a Master 1 degree can apply for VAPP (Validation des Acquis Professionnels et Personnels) in accordance with regulations.
A jury will examine each case individually.
