By combining a review and consolidation of the theoretical fundamentals with practical experience, the Master 2 Droit Social - Droit du Travail course aims to enable employment law professionals, among others, to :
- master and implement social regulations
- analyze a request and propose legally secure solutions
- maintain a constant legal watch

Objectives
Course objective:
This Master 2 program is aimed at professionals who hold or have already held positions related to employment law, and who wish to develop their careers by updating and reinforcing their knowledge and skills.
Dates: October 2, 2025 to June 5, 2026
Exams: June 17 to 19, 2026
Internship: Optional
The Master 2 in Labor and Employment Law is offered exclusively through continuing education programs.

Organization
Program
The Master's program includes 208.5 hours of teaching, i.e. 4 days of training per month from October to June, with 2/3 of the teaching in-class and 1/3 distance learning (via a Zoom-type platform).

Admission
Admission requirements
Hold a Master 1 degree (or equivalent) with professional experience in employment law.
Candidates who do not hold a Master 1 degree can apply for VAPP (Validation des Acquis Professionnels et Personnels) in accordance with regulations.
A jury will examine each case individually.
