Master's in Law and Governance of Healthcare Institutions

The Master's program with a concentration in health law provides students with a common foundation of fundamental knowledge in health law (medical law, ethics, professional conduct, bioethics, hospital law, liability, etc.).

These "fundamentals" are complemented by a focus on the cross-cutting competencies necessary for understanding the health, social, and medical-social sectors (health economics, administration, management and governance, financing, social responsibility and sustainable development in health, quality and safety, human resources, international health law, etc.).

The skills acquired open up numerous career paths within healthcare institutions and government agencies, professional organizations (federations, professional associations, URPS, etc.), and specialized law firms.
